Telerah Rail Overbridge

The ARTC needed to replace a timber beam rail overbridge in a hurry, they chose Super.Cor Arch. A quick and effective construction solution was required to minimise street disruption and get the rail line running again.

Stratford Coal, reclaim tunnel

ACP manufacture and delivered a Multi-Plate Arch Type AB for reclaim conveyor for a project based at Gloucester Coal in Stratford NSW. These arches were manufactures then delivered within the delivery schedule.

Services Crossing, Perimeter Road, Olympic Dam

A project at Olympic Dam, SA where ACP manufactured and delivered of Multi-Plate Arch Type AB for Perimeter Road Overpass. The arch was designed, manufactured and supplied to site within a very tight lead time of only eight weeks

Nammuldi Mine

This project called for ACP to manufacture and deliver Super-Cor Arches HA68S and SC54S for Heavy Haul Road Crossings in the Pilbara region, WA. The design incorporated strain gauges, pressure plates and a data logger to the exterior of the rail tunnel.

Kanmantoo Copper and Gold Project

Check out this project where ACP had to design, manufacture and supply a 84.7m reclaim tunnel, consisting of Hel-CorTM and Multi-PlateTM pipes near Adelaide Hills, SA. The bulkheads were designed and supplied to allow for smooth transition from larger tunnel into smaller tunnel.

Merger of Australian Construction Products and Safe Direction

We are delighted to announce the merger of Safe Direction Pty Ltd and Australian Construction Products Pty Ltd (ACP).
On 1 May 2023 Jaybro, Australia’s leading supplier to the civil construction and infrastructure sector, and owner of ACP, purchased 100% of the share capital of Safe Direction. Under Jaybro’s ownership the two businesses will be merged to form Australia’s preeminent company manufacturing and supplying vehicle barrier systems.

A compelling motivation for the merger is the value created for our customers from combining the collective resources and knowledge of the two companies. Notably there will be significant broadening of the product range and enhancement to distribution reach and capacity. There will be transitionary steps as the two businesses assemble under the one entity, Safe Direction. Part of this transition includes the consolidation of the products and services offered by the merged business into a single web domain www.safedirection.com.au
