Manufacture and deliver Super-Cor Arches HA68S and SC54S for Heavy Haul Road Crossings
Project Notes
- 1 x Rail Tunnel HA68S with ribs, Span 13.6m, rise 9.8m, length 82.4m and 2 x Road Tunnels, Span 11.4m, rise 7.2m, length 80.8m – manufactured and delivered to site well ahead of construction window
- Live Load up to GVM 90t, with a design life of at least 50 years
- Constructed over an existing rail line and two adjacent access roads without traffic interruption
- The design incorporated strain gauges, pressure plates and a data logger to the exterior of the rail tunnel
